Decorus Home Staging is proud to be partnering with Sketchbox Images to offer add-on photography packages to our staging packages.
For an additional fee, you can add on a photography package to any staging package you book. Simply let us know at the time of booking your staging service that you would like to add on a photography package and we will handle the rest*!
RESIDENTIAL REAL ESTATE
BASE HOUSE PACKAGE | $275 For homes under 2,000 square feet. Includes approximately 15-25 images
ADDITIONAL SQUARE FEET | For homes 2,000+ square feet or more. An additional $50 per 500sf block is charged. Includes 25-45 images.
TWILIGHT PHOTOGRAPHY | $200-$275 $200 for shoots before 6:00pm -M-Th; $275 for shoots after 6:00 or on Fridays. Seasonal
MATTERPORT 3D Tour
MATTERPORT 3D TOURS | starting at $250. $250 minimum or $0.10 per sf, whichever is greater.
HOW IT ALL WORKS
Is this service available for all price points?
The reason we stage homes is to not only create an emotional connection with the home buyer but to also create exceptional marketing collateral for the home. We highly recommend that all homes being listed should have professional photography done no matter the price point.
What rooms will be photographed?
Every room will be photographed unless otherwise instructed. Some rooms will have multiple shots from different angles. I will often do detail shots as well
What does it cost?
Costs vary according to the size of the house. See prices listed on this page.
Who will book/schedule the photography?
Leave it all up to us. Once we have confirmed your desire to add on photography to your staging package, we will schedule the photography session with Sketchbox Images. Photography will be booked for immediately after staging is completed**
Who do I pay for the photography package?
The photography package will be added onto your invoice for staging from Decorus Home Staging. No need to pay two different vendors.
What is the turn around time for photography?
24 hours although if it’s a special home or exceptionally large like a luxury listing, anticipate 48hr - 72hr turn around.
What am I paying for?
15-25 images. All photography includes interior and exterior sky replacement, grass andfireplace enhancement, if desired. Pricing is for King County area only. Please contact for pricing outside this area as travel fees may apply.
