Knowing what buyers are looking for, we identify any areas that buyers may object to and ask for concessions. The goal is to get top dollar for your house and this option will help create a plan of action to achieve the desired result! Starting at $250.00
Walk and Talk: Most of the work has been done but you need help with getting over the last hurdle. This option is perfect to get you across the finish line. Starting at $100 per hour.
Color Consult: Color, color, color! If you're considering or in the midst of a remodeling or redecorating project, recently moved to a new home or even have an inspiration piece and need help pulling it all together and feel lost choosing the right color, we can help! Stage and Go!: A quick 2 hour re-fresh and re-arranging of only the homeowners furnishings to better showcase the house.
Yours plus Ours: After a consultation and the action plan has been completed, our team will use certain existing furnishings that have been identified to be used to highlight the homes best features. With this option, additional rented cased goods will be brought in to enhance the showcasing and an allowance for soft goods will be made and those items will be left with the homeowner at the end of the staging process.
